Although I didn't finish the whole bottle, I wanted to investigate whether the zinc oxide it contains is in an absorbable form. Unfortunately, Zinc Oxide is the least absorbable form in the body. I don't know if it will work in my body, but I won't reorder it since there are options for zinc supplements in a more absorbable form. Quest is a company that I appreciate, but in this case, I am not satisfied. I would like a response if someone from the company reads this.

    It makes me very nauseous, I have to have eaten before I take it and zinc is a bit difficult to absorb, it shouldn't be taken with dairy, not too many plant fibers, not too much coffee... it's been a bit difficult for me but I will try it with an egg in the morning and then breakfast an hour later and we'll see.
