I took them without a doctor's prescription, I just wanted something to give me a boost.. After quite a bit of research I ended up with these here, I'll tell you my experience so far after 10 days of use..

Without having any health issues, it caused me increased heart rate, arrhythmias, and anxiety, after a few days... I had bought the package of 60, and while I had been taking vital Q10 for years, which is obviously and significantly superior...
The reason I chose it was for a change to something else (my mistake) and based on the reviews which are inaccurate regarding its effectiveness... I should note that I was taking 1 capsule per day... the taste was nauseating and the capsule was huge like for elephants... and of course, the half or more box that was left, I buried it 2 meters underground....
Furthermore, until I buried them, they did not undergo any alteration as some people write in the comments....

Every euro is worth it. I recovered after COVID thanks to these recommended by my pathologist. When I also have pressure and anxiety at work and need energy, they always help immediately. Three months of use, one capsule twice a day, after breakfast-lunch. I noticed an increase in my energy levels and milder symptoms if I caught a cold. I have tried various multivitamins, and I rank this one among the best.

1. They do have a strange smell, like bird hemp, but personally it doesn't bother me at all.
2. They are big, which also doesn't bother me, I just mention it for knowledge and because I agree with the others.
3. Urine turns a fluorescent color after hours, I don't think it's concerning. It has to do with the dyes and ingredients of the pill. If it was white, maybe we wouldn't see a difference.
4. In my case, with the 90-capsule bottle, no alteration was observed as others mentioned.

Very good vitamins. I started taking them during a period when I was sleeping very little due to my child and also working. They really did a good job.
