Semolina Dinkel Spielberger 500g
BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCT
Produced from biodynamic farms in Southern Germany. Many of these fields are located just a few kilometers from the Spielberger mill and have been partners for many years.
Some ways to use:
- For one serving, boil 250ml of milk and add 30g of dinkel semolina. Stir continuously and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Savory with semolina: 250g dinkel semolina, 50g cream, 950ml water, 50g butter, 10 tablespoons sour cream, 100g grated spicy cheese, oregano, nutmeg, herbal salt. Boil the water, add the semolina, spices, and stir continuously. Allow to swell and then add the cream and butter. Spread the mixture in a greased baking tray at a height of 1 cm and bake at 230°C for 20 minutes. Pour over the sour cream and grated cheese.
