Flour Dinkel T630 Spielberger 1kg
Biodynamic agriculture product, produced from biodynamic farms in Southern Germany. The Dinkel flour type 630 is suitable for all uses, especially for baked sweets and desserts, as well as a thickener in soups and sauces.
Recipe for strudel with Dinkel:
- 250g Dinkel flour 630 Spielberger
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 8-10 tablespoons water
- Flour for glazing
- 250g pitted cherries
- 2 tablespoons butter
Bring the Dinkel flour and salt to a surface and make a hole in the middle. Pour in the tablespoons of olive oil and water and mix all the ingredients with a fork. Knead with your hands until it becomes a uniform cohesive dough. Leave the dough in a warm bowl for 60 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
