I had the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Spider for quite some time and it was very good for the price I bought it (90 euros). So when it broke, I got this one. Unfortunately, it was not worthy at all, with many disadvantages, one of them being the outrageous price for its quality. It is my first steering wheel, so I cannot speak for comparison with others. Bought on 16/12, it seems quite good for the money (purchased for 140€) with a nice feel and very good response. I use it on a PC and noticed something that may be positive for some and negative for others, which is that the PC recognizes it as a controller and not as a steering wheel. I consider this positive because there are games that do not accept a steering wheel but accept a controller, which means you can play. So far, I have tried it on:

In Forza, the only thing that doesn't work is accessing the wheel mapping due to the recognition as a controller, but this can be solved as there are emulators. One of them is the emuwheel, which I haven't tried yet.
There is also the HORI Device Manager for Xbox Series X Series S application, from which you can change the steering wheel settings, pedal sensitivity, steering wheel sensitivity, and button mapping, as well as the ability to save profiles.
As a first steering wheel, I consider it worth the purchase up to this price.
