    Very noticeable difference, especially as mentioned in other comments, when combined with l-theanine or even l-tryptophan.

    Personally, although I have issues with sleep, amino acids wake me up and give me energy, so I take them in the morning/afternoon and their positive effect helps me sleep at night. So, experimentation is needed for everyone to see how they react to amino acids—many who mention that they are not helped might need to change the time of intake.

I give 4 stars because as soon as I stopped the L-theanine and took it alone, it seemed that it was not enough, however, it does some work on its own and is worth it financially.
