Magnesia-based stones for smoothing construction materials such as marbles, mosaics, concrete, and natural stones in building projects.
For mosaics and concrete, the grinding starts with No. 12, while for marbles, it starts with No. 24.
Instructions for Use:
- Kidney-shaped abrasive stones are used not only for grinding and cleaning but also for dry polishing.
- Dry polishing begins with No. 12 for mosaics or No. 24 for marbles.
- Continue with No. 36 for mosaics and No. 60 for marbles.
- After No. 60, proceed to No. 100, No. 230, No. 450, No. 560, and then use oxalic acid.
- Between the numbers, thorough sweeping is necessary.
- Oxalic acid is worked with a synthetic machine brush or with fine steel wool No. 2 in small tufts with a little water.
- After completing the process, rinse the floor very well.
- Apply the MAR polish, which is worked with a synthetic or bristle machine brush or with fine steel wool No. 2.
- Maintenance is done with AR 247 polish once a week in a bucket of water.
- On polished marble, any cleaner other than plain clean water is prohibited.
