Μικρή θυμάμαι τα ζυμωτά ψωμιά στο χωριό, μ΄αυτό το αλεύρι τρώω επιτέλους ψωμί.... Θέλει βέβαια τον σεβασμό μας, δηλαδή πρεπει να το προσέξεις στην αποθήκευση να είναι σε δροσερό και ανήλιο μέρος, και να μην το αφήσεις να χρονίσει...... Μ΄έχει βοηθήσει πολύ στην καλή λειτουργία του μεταβολισμού μου, δεν έχω λιγούρες πλέον, το αγαπώ, είναι η βάση της διατροφής μας στην οικογένεια!
