It only helped me to get out of bed more easily in the morning, which is an issue I have due to depression. Other than that, I can't say I saw a difference in my mood and it also caused difficulty falling asleep, which I didn't have before.

Terrible stomach pains since the fifth day on 100mg.. that's why I took 50mg half in the afternoon and half before going to sleep and it doesn't bother me at all.. for now it helps me with sleep

I had been buying Solgar's 5HTP for years, but I see that the price has gone up a lot, so I decided to look for another brand.. I got these which are quite cheaper and have +30 capsules inside, (referring to the 120, as I see now only the 60 are available), and they are just fine, I didn't notice any difference.. What I wrote about the others still holds true.. (if you want you can read my review there)
UPDATE: I noticed that the smell of my urine and sweat became more intense, so I will change the brand again..
Αγόραζα για χρόνια τις 5HTP της Solgar, αλλά βλέπω οτι έχουν ανέβει πολυ στην τιμή, οπότε αποφάσισα να ψαχτώ με άλλη μάρκα.. Πηρα αυτές που είναι αρκετά φθηνότερες και εχει +30 κάψουλες μεσα, (αφορα τις 120, απ οτι βλεπω πλεον μονο οι 60 κυκλοφορουν), και είναι μια χαρά, δεν είδα κάποια διαφορά.. Ισχύει οτι έγραψα και για τις άλλες.. (αν θέλετε μπορείτε να διαβάσετε εκεί την αξιολόγηση μου)
UPDATE: Παρατηρησα οτι η μυρωδια των ουρων και του ιδρωτα μου εγιναν πιο εντονες, οπότε θα αλλάξω παλι μαρκα..
It has been several weeks since I started taking 5-HTP and I have been positively surprised by the results! I take 1 tablet and after about an hour I feel relaxed and sleepy... ready for bed!! I should note that I wake up easily in the morning and feel quite refreshed! Very effective product!
Έχει αρκετές εβδομάδες που έχω ξεκινήσει το 5-HTP και έχω μείνει θετικά έκπληκτη με τα αποτελέσματα! Παίρνω 1 ταμπλέτα και μετά από μια ώρα περίπου νιώθω χαλαρή και νυσταγμένη...έτοιμη και ύπνο!! Να σημειώσω ότι το πρωί ξυπνάω με ευκολία και νιώθω αρκετά ξεκούραστη! Πολύ αποτελεσματικό προϊόν!
