• Emulsifier: Monostearate sorbitan (1% based on yeast)

Packed in a protective atmosphere.

Storage Conditions:

Store in a cool place.

Instructions for Use:

Mix the dry yeast with the flour and add the required water, which should be lukewarm (at a temperature of 30°C - 35°C). Each sachet is intended for 500g of flour and replaces 30g of fresh yeast.
