    VERY very large pill and thick, I cut it into 3 or 4 pieces and it's still difficult because it doesn't slide and has sharp edges from the cutting. I wonder how people swallow them, although I read similar comments about their size. And there is also a photo showing that it is almost as big as an earbud.
    Also, I have no problem swallowing large pills, these are the first large pills I can't swallow.
    I don't know if they have helped me with constipation, once or twice from the few times I took them they seemed to help, but it could have been a coincidence.
