Lena Katsanika-Stefanou is a consultant architect for Museum Exhibitions. She worked as an architect for the Ministry of Culture at the Museum of Byzantine Culture in Thessaloniki and at the Byzantine and Christian Museum in Athens.

As an architect for Museum Exhibitions, she has compiled many museographic studies and curated the production and implementation of Permanent and Temporary Exhibitions in major state Museums (White Tower, Museum of Byzantine Culture, Byzantine and Christian Museum, Archaeological Museum of Ioannina), in thematic Museums of the Cultural Foundation of Piraeus Group –PIOP (Museum for Olive and Greek Oil in Sparta, Marble Museum in Tinos, Environmental Museum of Stymphalia Lake, Silk Museum in Soufli), as well as temporary exhibitions in various Art Museums (National Gallery E.P.M.A.S., Benaki Museum and Benaki Museum Piraeus, Museum of Cycladic Art, Telloglion Museum of Thessaloniki, etc.).

She has been invited to teach classes and give lectures to present the topic "Museum Exhibitions – theory, methodology, practice" and her museographic work. She has participated in many Conferences – Symposia of Museology – Museography. She has numerous publications in Greek journals and contributions to Conference Proceedings.
