b. Outline Mentoring as pedagogical and instructional guidance.

c. Determine the work of Mentoring as a product of the interaction of teaching factors and the relationships that arise.

d. Develop the content of the learning relationship, the pedagogical relationship, the instructional relationship, and the student-teacher relationship.

e. Differentiate the role of the Mentor and develop mentoring models.

f. Analyze the work of Mentoring, creating a multi-level model for the professional development of educators in acquiring skills.

g. Investigate and evaluate the mentoring work, analyzing research examples and evaluation models: the post-positivist, constructivist, transformational, and pragmatic, putting these into practice.
