A fine toaster. It needs a short preheating so the toasts don't burn, the process is also described in the user manual.

I've had it for just under 2 months coming from the Rohnson R-2680 900w which left us in less than 3 years having already broken down 2 times by then, so I decided to try the Primo. It has one advantage which is also a disadvantage depending on how you look at it. It is extremely powerful with relatively thin cooking plates to the point that with square bread you have a 10-second window to take it out before it burns, while if you take it out earlier the cheese hasn't melted yet. With heavier bread, this window is larger but in any case, it's a toaster where to make toast you need to be on top of it. You can't leave it to do anything else because it will burn easily. For some, this is good, for others bad. For us, probably towards the bad, which is why the 3. If you're in a hurry though, it's much better than the Rohnson which was very slow and very hard to burn the toast even though it was also 900W

Value for money and does what it promises! It toasts the bread evenly. I plug it in 1-2 minutes before placing the bread, resulting in a crispy exterior and a soft interior, just how I like it. The removable plates are very practical. The only downside is that there is no power switch or temperature control, but I knew that before I bought it. As I mentioned, it's worth the money.

For the money, the best choice. It toasts well and makes the toast crispy, the cheese melts nicely, and the plates come out and clean easily. Personally, I've been putting them in the dishwasher for two years now and they haven't been damaged at all. The only thing that has broken is the indicator lights of the toaster, but other than that, it works perfectly.

The bottom plate permanently burns the toast without cooking the inside. Literally, smoke comes out from the burnt bread.

Nice toasts, relatively quick - I don't sit on top with the timer, sturdy safety on the lid, ceramic removable plates, large comfortable size, just fine!

I think it is the best in its category. And they can be cleaned without much effort. It makes the toast crispy and not burnt. It also functions as a small grill if someone wants to make small burgers.

The outside of the toast burns while the inside remains almost uncooked. The plates became useless after a short period of use, they do not clean well.

You need to activate it 3 - 4 minutes earlier before toasting the bread, otherwise the bread gets burnt.
It toasts the bread very quickly on the outside, but the inside (e.g. ham and cheese) remains somewhat uncooked (the cheese doesn't melt well).

Good and practical. It grills nicely as long as it preheats on its own for 2-3 minutes first. Then it grills in minimal time.... If you put the sandwiches together with the heat, they may burn a little

The best purchase I have ever made for a toaster! Toasting in 30 seconds, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the same result for sandwiches, burger buns. Great, high-quality construction, super easy to clean, nothing sticks to the plates!

I bought it after the excellent reviews it had. And I can't say that I was thrilled... Cheap and not sturdy construction, although it does its job. It's relatively small and I don't like that it turns on when you plug it in and you have to unplug it to stop it, meaning it doesn't have a switch to stop it without needing to plug or unplug it from the socket.

I bought it a year and a half ago and it is perfect!!! It cooks perfectly and evenly and it is very easy to clean since the plates are removable
