They are not comfortable shoes and their construction shows sloppy workmanship. The inner sole is not sewn but glued, and with use it peels off, resulting in discomfort while walking. Additionally, the sole from the inside is not smooth and as the sole does not adequately filter irregularities, it becomes noticeable and even unbearable during prolonged use. Also, in a second pair that I tried, I found a nail in the sole that was sticking out as it had "escaped" during construction and had not been turned inward. The leather on top is of good quality but everything else is unacceptable, making it a failed purchase. They do not justify the reputation of the company or their price.
