The game includes an "X-ray scanner" that lights up to reveal the X-ray cards. No reading is required to play the game... players just need to be fast! An automatic timer counts down as players select a ailment card, trying to remember which X-ray card has a matching image and then scan it to see if it matches. If the buzzer sounds and Cavity Sam's nose lights up, that person's turn is over.
