If you only drink espresso, it is very good! If you want it for latte/cappuccino, the many parts for washing will make it difficult. Aesthetically very nice, even though it is white - it is very easy to clean on the outside.

Very bad milk frother, works only when it feels like it. 7 out of 10 times it dispenses water and the other 3 times are just after you clean it, which lasts for a week or two, then it's water again. Very noisy, its plastic parts creak during use, the whole thing rattles and overall I wouldn't recommend it. We got burned and even when we had a warranty and sent it for service, they said there was nothing wrong. Stay away from Nespresso in the future.

I bought it as a Christmas gift for my dad. Nespresso coffee is unmatched (it also takes Lor, Starbucks capsules etc). After a few months, I bought the same one for myself, but in black.

The frothing of milk stopped the third time I tried to make a cappuccino. I returned it within 5 days of purchase.

The Nespresso capsules that were included were not good at all, but if you experiment a bit and find some you like, it's just fine.

I have had it for over five years, it hasn't had any issues, it makes perfect coffee, quickly, with a rich aroma. The milk froth is so-so, I would say!!

The machine is flawless, the coffee comes out with FULL crema, the frothed milk is very GOOD, very honest, BUY without hesitation and enjoy countless espresso flavors!!!

Awesome coffee maker!! It does its job exceptionally well. The froth comes out perfectly and overall it is a great value for money machine.

I bought it at the end of September from a large store, and so far I have no complaints about my choice, very good coffee, which was the main requirement. As I read above, I believe that most people think we bought a machine with capsules and not a machine that costs 800 to 1000 plus euros. As for the froth milk, I really laugh as all machines in this price range produce it; if you want perfect froth milk, you should get a frother or one that comes with a gift. Secondly, regarding the water that they say runs below, if you lift the lid where the capsule goes, the water will stop running, thank you very much. Overall, I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend it.

Those who write that it doesn't make good froth milk are simply delulu, with whatever milk I have used it makes excellent froth milk and as one would expect from a household coffee machine with texture and body. It has several functions that one needs to play with to see the different variations both in coffee and in froth milk (e.g. different quantities for latte and cappuccino, etc.). So let's not write whatever we want just because with 250 euros we think we bought a professional machine worth 2500.

I have the coffee machine for two months for sure. Before I bought it, I saw many of the comments below saying about the bad frother, but despite that, I decided to take the risk.
As for the frother, I don't know what milk you actually used, but with a Nounou family, I am personally very satisfied.
Beautiful machine visually, easy to clean and operate.
I don't give it 5 stars just because the part that makes the froth needs constant cleaning after use.

Quite a good coffee machine although I don't have much experience in this area.. very sturdy and beautiful construction, heats up water quickly and the quality of the coffee at 19 bars is very good..
The downside is the milk frother which could be a little better and the fact that it drips a little after making the coffee, as another user mentioned..
Overall, for the money, it's a quite satisfactory device that someone should buy.

The quality and taste of the coffee depend more on the brand of the capsule you will use. The machine does its job well, quickly and very easily. Disadvantages: It always gets dirty because it drips after the end of preparation. The main disadvantage, however, is that it does not make good frothy milk, no matter what kind of milk I have used. Watery and not creamy at all as one would expect. It's a shame because otherwise it is a very good construction, with many possibilities for adjusting the water hardness and the quantity of coffee.

The coffee is decent, just like in all Nespresso machines. The froth texture is average, but definitely easier than having a second device. It also has adjustment options for the quantity you want it to produce automatically.
