Overall very satisfactory. I do a bit of gaming (pubg, fortnite) and it runs very well. The battery is satisfactory but could have been better. Photos and videos are amazing with many filters.
The mobile phone is quite fast, the screen has very good image quality, and the rear camera is fantastic. The charging is very fast, almost fully charged in twenty minutes, and the battery lasts a day with moderate use. However, with prolonged use, I need to recharge it a bit during the day. One negative thing I noticed is that the build quality is not very good, resulting in the aluminum on the top side of the device starting to deteriorate after just two months. Additionally, the front camera is quite mediocre.

Από την άλλη το χρειάζομαι και το χρησιμοποιώ σε πάρα πολλές εφαρμογές.
Είναι πολύ γρήγορο και αξιόπιστο.
Μέχρι και σήμερα παίρνει ενημέρωση σχεδόν κάθε 2 μήνες. Έχω όλη μέρα δεδομένα και bluetooth ανοιχτά και μου βγάζει μια μέρα όχι παραπάνω. Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο από το κινητό. Σήμερα ξανά αυτό θα έπαιρνα.

I must say that after falling from a height of 4+ meters while wearing the included case, it didn't even notice. It didn't even shut down.
I have had it for about a month now and I have noticed a significant difference compared to the Xiaomi phones I have used until now. The main difference is in the quality of the image in photos and videos. I want to see how long the battery will last and I will come back with an update.
I have had it in my possession for about 8 months now. I use it constantly for work, internet banking, Bluetooth calls, and at night before I go to sleep, I watch series on it. I can say that I have it in my hands daily for various reasons, so the evaluation comes after months of intense daily use.
First of all, the weight is low. Compared to Nokia and Motorola devices I used in the past, it is much lighter. Without a case, it is very beautiful, but of course, who leaves it without a case...
It comes with installed screen protection which works perfectly with the fingerprint, so I never had a problem with it.
What surprised me the most about this device is the WiFi and Bluetooth receivers. They are so powerful that with the Bluetooth headset (OnePlus brand), I can connect to the mobile even when there are 2 rooms in between. The same goes for WiFi, which catches a perfect signal even 2 rooms away from the router, and even when I leave the house and move away quite a bit! Generally, I have never had such powerful receivers, and I can say that it is very convenient.
The calls are flawless, the noise reduction is very good (from the mobile's microphone), and the cameras are also amazing. The night photos are stunning, and when there is light, they are also fantastic, comparable to flagships.
Until now, it has had several updates, so I feel covered in terms of security. The software is minimal and resembles stock. It is beautiful, fast, and so far, I haven't had any bugs.
One negative thing I could find is that when using the internet quite a bit outside the house on 5G, the battery drains relatively quickly.
Honestly, the device, although expensive (purchased for 500 euros), is worth it and more. I don't know what extra features a Samsung or an iPhone worth 1000+ euros would give me.
Overall, the device is worth it, and now I'm thinking of getting the same one for my wife...
I have an issue with calls when connecting to Bluetooth in the car, iPhone users can't hear me. Also, on video calls in Viber, it keeps freezing
Coming from many Xiaomi phones, I can say that it seems to have a more quality build, more sturdy. Beyond that, it has great speed, a very good camera, and a satisfactory battery. For the use I want it for, browsing, calls, and photos, it is the ideal mobile for me.

Very good mobile phone. First time with realme and I believe it's really really good for the money!! It does get warm after an hour of heavy gaming, but in everyday use you won't notice anything.
Nice phone, works great, but the battery is terrible! I don't know if it's the operating system, but based on the reviews, it seemed to have a strong battery. Personally, it only lasts me one day with moderate use! If anything improves, I will return.
I have it since March 31, 2023. So far, it seems like an excellent phone. I have noticed one negative thing. The microphone, when you try to send a voice message on Instagram (and there is background music playing at a normal volume in a café), your voice sounds unclear. BUT when you make a phone call while in the café with the same background music volume, you sound perfectly clear. Everything else on the phone is excellent. I recommend it without a second thought. I truly haven't regretted a single euro I've spent on it
I have the mobile phone here for a few days. At €370, I think its purchase is a one-way street for anyone who wants a powerful mobile phone in the mid-range category, possibly with the most powerful processor in the category. The only negative thing I found is the battery life, where with 5G on and relatively normal use, it lasts less than a day, of course, compensated by the very fast charging. Overall, at this price, it is the definition of value for money.
Anyone who is considering getting it should do it with their eyes closed!!!! The camera and video are even better than an iPhone.. the battery is a beast and charges super fast in 15 minutes. It doesn't crash anywhere, I am very satisfied!!!!!
The mobile phone is a beast, best value for money at 370€. I got the version with 12gb of RAM for 500€, but it's not worth it because even in the smaller version, you sacrifice RAM from the storage settings. If someone had told me about Realme, I would have laughed, but in the end, it's worth every penny. Coming from a Sony Xperia 5, I realized that it's not worth spending a lot of money on something that needs to be replaced every two years because it breaks down. Not to mention that the next models have gone down in quality.
The phone features a Snapdragon 888 flagship processor from last year. With so much RAM, you don't need anything else.

The mobile phone is really good! I come from Xiaomi Mi 9t pro (flagship 2019). The GT2 has a very powerful processor, it doesn't lag anywhere and it doesn't overheat easily. The photos it takes are good, its battery is also sufficient and combined with the fast charger there is absolutely no issue. The screen is very good (as expected for this price) and a big plus is its software (realme ui v.4).
I had my eye on this particular phone since last year and now that its price dropped, I snagged it. I'm very satisfied with everything, my only "extra" is that you can't zoom in much on photos, I don't know why, maybe it's the front camera, but both are solved with gcamera.
Update: the issue with zooming in on photos was resolved with the new update. It hasn't overheated at all since I got it except for the first day when updates and settings were being done, but I don't play heavy games of course. I've encountered some bugs in the operating system, but nothing too annoying. The battery used to last me 8 hours plus until 20% with low brightness and everything turned off at 60hz, but now after a month or so it seems to have dropped a bit and I don't like that. Regardless, the Snapdragon 888 consumes a lot of battery unfortunately, it would have been better if they had put in the Mediatek 8100. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the device, it's a complete phone and updates for about two years from what I've read. Bravo to Realme, it's now the best Chinese company for me. Huawei is out due to Google services, Xiaomi is a lower category, and OnePlus has ridden the wave.
A very good mobile phone for its price, I haven't had it for long so my review is based on the impression it gives as a new device and not over time, like after 9-12 months.
Firstly, the screen is very beautiful with nice contrasts and colors, not the best I've seen but really good. As for the design, the side is made of plastic so it looks somewhat inferior in quality compared to aluminum, but thanks to this it is lighter in the hand and combined with a case it's perfect. The back does remind me of paper but it's just a resemblance, it doesn't feel like it (at least that's how it seems to me), and it's also quite thin so it's comfortable to hold. The sound is loud with good bass and clear. The battery size is normal, although I would prefer it to be a bit bigger because as we all know, over time the quality will decrease as always. On the other hand, the charging is something else, very fast, which really solves your problems, within 2-3 minutes you will get a charging percentage of about 8-10%. The camera is one of the good ones out there, nice night shots and beautiful videos. In conclusion, a very good mobile phone without competition for this price, in other words, it covers even the most demanding users effortlessly.
Having abandoned Samsung due to high cost and Xaomi due to advertising, I had the Realme 8 5G until recently. It was good for its time, but the GT2 is far superior. Extremely fast and stable.
Extremely fast with a very nice screen and vivid colors. The camera, which I have tried a little, satisfies me completely. Of course, if someone is very demanding, they should get a DSLR and they will be covered...
Something I really like (I had it on the Realme 6 pro I had before) is the dual space feature which I need several times.
Some people talk about the processor which raises temperatures, I didn't notice anything unusual and I think they exaggerate.
The only "drawback" if we could call it that, is the battery which with relatively light use (I'm not a crazy gamer, maybe I play for a few minutes a day) mainly calls, social and browsing, barely lasts a day. At least it charges lightning fast and this offsets the problem. Nevertheless, I think a larger battery would suit it better.
In conclusion, it is an excellent phone and if I have given it 4 and not 5 stars, it is solely because of the battery.
Two weeks in my possession, a brief evaluation, especially in relation to the previous Poco F3 with similar characteristics:
- Excellent screen, one click better
- Very fast, at the same levels
- Good camera, at the same levels, for the basic use that - like most people - I do
- Battery at the same levels after some settings and optimization based on usage
- Charging, the 67W speak for themselves
- Beautiful device, although with the (necessary) case, everything looks the same
Purchase price €365, recommended for a strong mid-range that lacks nothing (except for the IR blaster that all my previous Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco had)
I had the phone for 2 months and would like to mention the positives and negatives I found in order to help some users with their decision.
Positives

Negatives
- problem with notifications in some applications. Even if the battery restrictions are removed, notifications in Messenger do not always work. Removing the Athena package that cuts everything helps the situation somewhat.
- the sound quality in video recording is terrible. There is a problem with the microphone and realme does nothing about it. Try recording a video and listen to your voice...
- ultrawide lens is terrible. The bad thing is that if you try to take a photo from viber, for example, it selects it as default.
- launcher for the festival, I recommend using nova launcher
- realme support: they have a board where users report bugs and if the devs feel like it, they may fix them
- always on display: small icons for notifications
Overall, the device is very vfm for the hardware it offers, but the software has its issues. Coming from a Galaxy note 9 where everything works flawlessly, I preferred to go back to my old phone.
I have had it for a year and the battery is starting to not charge at all... far away... maybe in something more reputable logically...
So, I come from a Redmi Note 8 Pro and it's an amazing phone. It's fast, has a perfect camera (at least for me), and the battery lasts a whole day. Charging is also very fast. This is the first time I've bought a phone over 200 euros, and I got this one for 330 from BestPrice. I think I made the best choice for the money, it's definitely worth it
First of all, I have to say that I bought it for €335 and for this price, it's okay. It is fast and smooth in its operation so far, but three things bothered me: the advertisements that appear every time you open certain applications and are simply annoying, while with the oneplus 8t these did not exist, its screen that does not have good viewing angles at all and does something strange like a rainbow and it tires you especially on a white background, and the battery that drains quite quickly with social media and internet usage... In terms of cameras, it is an upgrade and that's why I changed it mainly because the oneplus 8t was struggling, but since I gave it away, the price difference to get the realme was €135, so I can't complain... If I had bought it purely for €335, maybe I would have been more disappointed. For this money alone, it is worth it if you can find it close to €400, add a little more and get the s21 fe with a better screen, camera, and 4 years of software updates... If anything changes in the future, I will come back... Now, if I recommend it for the price I bought it, maybe I would say go for the s21 fe with an extra €120 if you don't have it and don't want something extremely good in terms of screen and camera but satisfactory things, then the realme will cover you. Personally, I would wait a little longer and go for the s21 fe...
Update: The phone is overheating now in the summer, the Snapdragon 888 is the worst for the summer. Personally, I wouldn't have bought it if I knew things would be so bad...
After 5 years, I decided to increase my budget by 150 to 200 euros (finally leaving behind my Redmi Note 5) to invest in a significantly better mid-range device. Unfortunately, my instinct has betrayed me for now. Besides the truly amazing speed and better cameras, I am still searching to find what is better than my old Redmi Note 5.

-A UI that fails in the notifications department. The incompatibility of chat apps with the operating system only causes sadness. Notifications from other apps sometimes come through and sometimes do not. Even on the home screens, it is unimaginable that one cannot choose how many screens they want on the left and right of their central screen.
-The double tap to wake feature has an annoyingly slow to non-existent response time.
-The glass of the device started to bubble and wear out from the second week of careful use.
-The NFC never worked for me, and from my research, it is problematic for many owners of this device. NFC was one of the main reasons why I made this purchase, and looking back, knowing that I will beg for upgrades to have the basics on my device, I would never have bought it.
-The battery life is mediocre: 1.5 days with light use. For some, this is more than enough in 2022, but not for me. When I first get a mobile phone, I expect light use to mean 2 days of autonomy, not 1.5.
I am quite disappointed with my first experience with Realme, and not just for the above reasons. I am more disappointed because I am reliving situations that I experienced when I first bought Xiaomi five years ago. Xiaomi may have ultimately corrected many of its flaws, but it had already lost me. Sadly, I still see today that even though the new devices in this category excel in hardware, their problematic functionalities (UI, MIUI, and the bad combination...) and their incompatibilities with basic services and popular everyday apps only cause sadness. I believed that with this purchase, I was moving to a serious company that considers its customers as users and not beta testers. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

το αγόρασα πριν ένα μήνα, το κινητό πάει σφαίρα, αλλά στο google contacts χρειάζεται να πληκτρολογώ πάντα και τους τόνους στο όνομα αλλιώς δεν βγάζει σωστά την επαφή.Το google contacts σε συσκευές xiaomi και άλλες δεν χρειαζόταν ποτέ να πληκτρολογήσω τους τόνους για να βρει σωστά μία επαφή. συμβαίνει και σε άλλους αυτό? ξέρει κανείς αν διορθώνεται?
Δοκίμασα και άλλες εφαρμογες επαφων και δεν παρουσιάζεται αυτο το πρόβλημα. Mόνο με το Google contacts συμβαίνει αυτο.
Με ενδιαφέρει το κινητό να μη βγάζει κουνημένες φωτογραφίες όταν είσαι σε κίνηση (οπως σχεδον ολα τα xiaomi). Μπορεί να το κάνει το realme?
