Basically, I owe my well-being to it because it stopped the pain in my knee due to osteoarthritis, as well as in my hands where I had tendinitis and had tried even cortisone injections in the joint - they did nothing for me!!! I take Osteoflex on a daily basis - not 2 a day like when I took it for pain relief, but 1 every morning, and I haven't had any more pain in my hands or knee!!! A thousand thanks!
