Personally, I feel that they helped me with my allergies.
They are somewhat difficult to swallow and you need to split them.

It works for me! Because it is natural, though, we give it some time to take effect. There have been times when my allergies are severe and it doesn't work, so I have to take medication. However, in all other periods when I had a runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, nasal congestion, sneezing, and sore throat, it covered me completely! I always have a pack in the cupboard now!

It works well in case of allergies, so much that I didn't expect it...
It doesn't cause any issues if you take multivitamins in the morning, because it is recommended for the evening.

Since with one pill a day it caught me, who is not caught by antihistamines, I would say not to be afraid of it. Itchy eyes, nose, palate, ears, end.

I believe it does the job, as long as one starts it a month before the usual allergy season begins.

It is quite Value For Money.
You should take it regularly though, don't expect miracles from the first day.
Anyway, I noticed a difference in my breathing through my nose as I no longer felt it so congested without having a runny nose.
