Incredible product, I wouldn't change it for anything. Hereditary cholesterol and it fixed it within 6 months. All tests normal. I highly recommend it.

After six months of use, LDL went from 155 to 139. Everything else, diet, lifestyle, etc., remained the same. I have hereditary cholesterol, maybe that's why I didn't see a significant difference.

For me, it did not work at all in the way described by other buyers. I initially followed the supplement's instruction to take it at night, and from the very second day it caused me insomnia and overexcitement/nervous overstimulation. This was resolved relatively easily by taking it in the morning. What particularly scared me was that from the 6th day and until the 15th, when I stopped taking it, I experienced gradually increasing pain in the wider area around my liver (to the point where I thought I had appendicitis). It has now been a week since I stopped taking it and the pain has completely subsided. I directly associate this fact with the supplement because it was the only supplement and medication I was taking during that period, without changing my diet or other daily habits.

After 3 months of use with a sensible but not strict diet:

The doctor's instruction was to take it with breaks for periods of three months

I didn't see much difference even though I lost weight. Of course, I have had high cholesterol since I was 22 and I am 45 now, so it is hereditary, maybe that also plays a role.

Helps to lower cholesterol, when I stop using it bad cholesterol goes high. So I am back to use it again

From 218 cholesterol, next test 196, next 178 in 8 months without paying much attention to diet. If you also eat a little earlier in the evening... It works.

I don't know what effect it would have had but it gave me overstimulation and insomnia so I stopped taking it and indeed the symptoms subsided immediately.

I take one pill every night. Very careful with my diet for my situation (no fried foods, very limited sweets, etc.), walking every day, running 3-4 times a week.

I want to say, I don't know if the pill did the job or the diet or the combination. In my case, it worked, so I continue as normal.

About 7 months ago I did some tests and my LDL cholesterol was 178 and my total was 260. The doctor told me to start statins because in the past, even with diet and exercise, my LDL never dropped below 150 and his diagnosis was that it was due to heredity. Nevertheless, I did not want to take a pill that you have to take for life and that might cause side effects (I am 34 years old). So I started arichol jump, cod liver oil/fish oil on a daily basis and combined it with exercise 3 times a week, 10,000 steps a day, a good diet without red meat, fats, alcohol. I did tests the day before yesterday and for the first time in my life I saw LDL 132 and total 203. I went to another doctor and he told me that I don't need a pill and that the high cholesterol I had is not hereditary. This supplement, in combination with diet and exercise, seems to do a very good job.

My endocrinologist recommended it to me because I have elevated cholesterol. They keep it at good levels, even though I indulge from time to time!

I started it 6 months ago with total cholesterol at 253. One pill every night. After six months, I did blood tests again and my cholesterol had dropped to 181. Along with exercise (which I was already doing before the supplement but without results). Not much attention to diet. I should add that my bad cholesterol was also NOT at the right levels, but with this supplement, it also entered NORMAL LIMITS! Give it time, it does what it promises!!

I started the preparation as a continuation of a related product with the same active ingredient (which I was taking for a month, following the cardiologist's instructions - CHOL 266 / HDL 89 & LDL 163). I replaced it with this particular one after reading user reviews. I was forced to stop at the 10th pill when I realized it caused me bloating, muscle pains, incredible insomnia, fatigue, and symptoms of urinary tract infection/cystitis, which I realized were a continuation of the previous preparation, but with this one they skyrocketed to incredible discomfort. Obviously, it is not for everyone, which is why I am providing this information.

I took it for only a month while it needs at least three to work, and not only did it not lower the total and LDL, but I also had a 20-point increase always with strict low-fat fasting. If you have heredity, it won't do anything; you'll have to go on statins...

Within 75 days, it lowered total cholesterol by 60 units & LDL by 50 units with a dosage of 2 tablets every night.
No effect on triglycerides.
Unfortunately, it also slightly reduced HDL.
For now, liver markers are OK.

I have been consistently buying it for a long time! It helps a lot with lowering cholesterol, to the extent that it can as a dietary supplement that is natural and I have never had any side effects!!

In combination with omega-3, in two months cholesterol went from 234 to 174.4 and triglycerides to 44.5. I wouldn't call it a diet, but yes to exercise; I am 50 years old, 1.88m, 86 kg, and I consume about 3000-3500 calories daily. It convinced me

I took it for 4 months and personally it did nothing for me, the test results not only did not improve but worsened. The total cholesterol went from 208 to 242 and the LDL from 137 to 163 without changing my diet (I continued to be careful) and almost the same activity.. it probably doesn't work for everyone...

all of this is placebo. it tells you to diet for it to work. if I have to diet, what's the point.

It really works wonders. It crushed my cholesterol, sending it from red alert levels to normal levels, without forcing me to take medication and without changing my eating habits at all. Side effects zero. It really does the job! I made it a permanent part of my routine without hesitation.

After 2 months, cholesterol went from 218 to 192. Triglycerides went from 112 to 80. Even Lpa went from 84 to 54 (I didn't expect this). I bought it again, 120 capsules… and in June I will do another check. Transaminases same, low.
