Overall, I think it is an honest supplement for hair, especially for its price. I felt a difference, not a crazy one, but I did see a difference

After 2 months I saw a big difference in hair loss, my hair stopped falling out, even when I washed it.. I took one every day after food. I recommend them!

So, I have never experienced this before with vitamins! And it's not like I haven't taken vitamins after years of alopecia! These are something else! With 3 months of treatment! I have new hair growing everywhere, even in the empty spots, my hair has become stronger and changed appearance! Finally!

I have been taking these capsules for years. I take them once a year in October, which is the hair loss season. For me, they work. I take one capsule in the morning with breakfast. If I don't take them with food, I get heartburn.

No result, the hair loss has not stopped, not even slightly reduced (seasonal). I took 2 packs but saw no difference compared to a similar product from another company.

Compared to others that claim to work wonders and I saw no difference, these really help the hair to strengthen and grow. I have dehydrated curly hair, I got it for treatment and it really works

It might work but I can't continue taking them. I finished an entire box. Whenever I take them after my breakfast, it gives me incredible heartburn. Maybe it's okay for others but it causes me great discomfort. The rating is only for this reason!

Drinking enough water and with CONSISTENT use (I emphasize this because supplements require consistency and patience to see results):

After 2 weeks: the hair visibly stops falling out and breaking during brushing, compared to before.

After 1 month: the hair looks healthier, when you tie it into a ponytail you feel more volume, the curls are more defined.

Also! after 3 weeks the nails became so hard as if you have had gel/acrylic enhancements! it's incredible, they don't bend when you press them, they don't break no matter how tough the tasks you do - you can finally grow them out without worrying that one will break.

The skin looks smoother and more radiant from the very first days.

The capsules do their job well and they are among the cheapest on the market if I'm not mistaken, but I am bothered by their strong taste/smell and after I take them, I burp for hours, which results in me avoiding them when I need to take them... I will try another brand next time.

I really can't describe what I experienced with these specific vitamins. Not in terms of their effectiveness because I did see a slight difference, but in terms of the capsule filling, which accidentally broke in my mouth and what I tasted was literally like animal blood and intestines! I almost threw up. I've never had anything like this happen with vitamins before, but I won't stop taking them because it happened relatively early, so I still have four more cards to take. Seriously, cut open a capsule and smell it or taste it with a little water, you'll understand what I mean

I have seasonal intense hair loss. It helped a lot! I have been using it for almost 6 years and apart from the hair loss, I noticed a difference in my skin and nails! And in general in my body. The capsule is big but easy to swallow. For me, because it feels heavy in my stomach, I take it every other day. I had no side effects from the pills, and it also does not contain iodine.

No side effects for me, but minimal strengthening results, just before the completion of the third month of treatment. Hair loss remains at approximately the same levels.

I have already used two packages and I have seen a great difference within the seven months that I have been using them. I would recommend it for someone who wants to strengthen their hair.
Edit: I still continue to use it, and it also meets my needs for iron because it contains 12 mg of iron, so it covers a large percentage of what I need daily as a woman. Edit on 8/12/21

It has all the ingredients needed for hair loss, compared to other products. However, it lacks a sufficient amount of biotin. The best one after Perfectil, which I don't take because it contains iodine. Its smell is awful. It made my entire bathroom cabinet smell, even with the packaging closed.

The product is super. After a failed job that severely damaged my hair, it was an excellent choice. It stopped hair loss, thickened it, and made it stronger. The results are visible from the first use. I highly recommend it!

My husband has been using these vitamins for many years... Along with regular washing with medicated shampoo and without any other treatment, hair loss has stopped all these years. It doesn't result in thickening of the hair, but I believe it stops hair loss to the best of its ability.

For me, the best product in the category of hair loss! I have been using it for 4 years without any issues, just for strengthening, and I am completely satisfied. One capsule per day after a meal, it is relatively strong so I don't take it on an empty stomach.

I saw various things, I bought them for my hair but I saw a big difference on my skin... and mainly they didn't give me palpitations, something that most products of this kind create.

I have been using it for almost 3 years. Initially as part of a hair loss treatment after a period of intense stress and now as a preventive measure every autumn/spring. Very good result, exactly the same compared to the "well-known" brands, but at 1/3 of the price and only 1 capsule per day instead of 2. Of course, the capsule is quite large and it is better to take it with a full stomach, but otherwise I am completely satisfied and will continue to use it as long as it is available on the market.

I use it for three months and then start again after a one-month break! I see a difference every time I use it on my weak hair!
