LINEAR DROPSTITCH
The linear alignment of the space threads, oriented only along the board, maximizes stiffness and response. The linear dropstitch better maintains the shape of the board over time compared to the typical knitted dropstitch. This technology is the lightest in our collection, offering exceptional stiffness.
WELDED RAIL TECHNOLOGY
Every inflatable paddle board Starboard features welded rails. This technology creates a completely waterproof, mechanically bonded seam without the risk of glue weakening over time.
SAFETY FIRST
EXTRA FLOTATION
The capsule offers up to 42 liters of additional safety flotation, with 14 liters even on the smallest boards and requires only 10 PSI. Starboard pioneered the Double Chamber Construction in 2010.
ULTRA-STIFF
DOUBLE I-BEAM STRINGER
The innovative capsule doubles the side walls and acts like foldable I-beams, reducing flex by 1.8cm. The paddling feel is similar to that of a hard board.
