Isomat Domosil-Fire 300 silicone sealant is designed for sealing under high-temperature conditions. It withstands temperatures of up to 250 °C in continuous operation and up to 300 °C in intermittent operation. It adheres to non-porous surfaces such as glass, tiles, ceramics, glass blocks, roof tiles, epoxy surfaces, polyester and polyacrylic materials.
It is used to seal flanges on engines, cars and pumps, as well as valve covers and exhaust and ventilation pipes. It is resistant to oils, greases, water, antifreeze fluids and gear oils, but cannot be painted.
