The new Revstar series, two pickup options, new switch options, and a new range of race-inspired finishes. Find the perfect choice for your sound and style.
The original Revstar guitars were released in 2015, marking Yamaha's first new series of electric guitars in over a decade.
Subsequently, a completely revamped series of guitars was introduced in 2022.
The Revstar style is inspired by café racer motorcycles, stripped-down performance machines that were customized to reflect the personalities of their riders.
The Revstar balances Japanese innovation and traditional craftsmanship. Modern features enhance playability, versatility, and sound, while the design harkens back to Yamaha's classic electric guitars dating from 1966.
The Hanko Mark is used instead of a signature in Japan, the Hanko stamp on each Revstar guitar is Yamaha's seal of approval.
The acoustic design process of Yamaha uses advanced measurement and analysis tools to design guitar bodies that deliver clear, powerful sound and maximum resonance.
Every new Revstar guitar features a chambered body designed with the Acoustic Design process to sculpt the sound, reduce weight, and optimize balance.
