I had the previous model and because the screen stopped charging, the company replaced it with this model. It is by far the worst one they have released. In less than six months, it lost signal and the screen never found the camera. We sent it back for replacement after much pressure and after a month they sent us the new one. The new one starts losing signal and restarting on its own in less than a week. I do not recommend it for any reason. Your money is wasted!

We have had it for 6 months, it broke, it has no range at all and it keeps blinking. Even though it has a warranty, we took it to an authorized service center after speaking with Philips and it has been a month and we still don't have a camera.

Good construction quality but overpriced. In a maisonette between 2 floors, it often loses signal without being in eco mode. The sound on the monitor, even when it's at maximum, requires absolute silence to be heard comfortably. At night, with lights in the room, the night vision is terrible for the money it costs. Also, the battery life of the monitor is quite average. I haven't tried the app yet. If I had known earlier, I would definitely have bought something cheaper.
After 3 months of use and after installing the app on my phone and updating the unit, I am revising my previous evaluation... the sound has improved significantly, the night vision is very good (you can clearly see the mesh of the crib where the baby sleeps...). The app is very good, it keeps your mind at ease as it notifies you of noise or movement even if your phone screen is off. If you find it on sale, don't hesitate... I bought it for 280 from prenatal.

Μετά από 3 μήνες χρήσης και αφού έβαλα το app στο κινητό μου και έκανε update η μονάδα αναθεωρώ την προηγούμενη αξιολόγισή μου... ο ήχος έχει βετλιωθεί αρκετά, η νυχτερινή λήψη είναι πολύ καλή (φαίνεται καθαρά το διχτάκι από το λίκνο που κοιμάται ο μικρός... ) Το app πολυ καλό έχειw το κεφάλι σου ήσυχο καθώς σε ενημερώνει για θόρυβο ή κίνηση με ειδοποίση ακόμα και αν έχεις κλειστή την οθόνη του κινητού σου. I had the previous model and because the screen stopped charging, the company replaced it with this model. It is by far the worst one they have released. In less than six months, it lost signal and the screen never found the camera. We sent it back for replacement after much pressure and after a month they sent us the new one. The new one starts losing signal and restarting on its own in less than a week. I do not recommend it for any reason. Your money is wasted!

We have had it for 6 months, it broke, it has no range at all and it keeps blinking. Even though it has a warranty, we took it to an authorized service center after speaking with Philips and it has been a month and we still don't have a camera.

Good construction quality but overpriced. In a maisonette between 2 floors, it often loses signal without being in eco mode. The sound on the monitor, even when it's at maximum, requires absolute silence to be heard comfortably. At night, with lights in the room, the night vision is terrible for the money it costs. Also, the battery life of the monitor is quite average. I haven't tried the app yet. If I had known earlier, I would definitely have bought something cheaper.
After 3 months of use and after installing the app on my phone and updating the unit, I am revising my previous evaluation... the sound has improved significantly, the night vision is very good (you can clearly see the mesh of the crib where the baby sleeps...). The app is very good, it keeps your mind at ease as it notifies you of noise or movement even if your phone screen is off. If you find it on sale, don't hesitate... I bought it for 280 from prenatal.
