    Positive is that I use one tablet a day and not as many as it says, and my hair noticeably stopped falling out in two months.
    Negative is a bit the fact that personally, they cause me gas at first and from time to time.

    I give two stars as I did not see a significant increase in production (exclusive breastfeeding) but mainly because, as some mention in the comments, it caused a lot of gas, both for me and the baby. Of course, you are supposed to take them for 2 weeks and then take a break for 1. I forgot to stop them in the third week and that’s when the baby showed great discomfort due to gas. I stopped them and within 2 days the baby recovered completely. (5 weeks old baby, no colic)
