I have been using it for years in order to raise my vitamin D in a more natural and stable way. It works exactly like that for me.

We have been using it for many years. I started with my little son who has an autoimmune condition and it raises his triglycerides. With daily use, they are now at normal levels. Now we have also started using it as it helps reduce cholesterol.

Value for money. You take one capsule a day and you're good for six months, not like others where you need more. Some may be bothered by the fact that it contains a higher quantity per capsule. I've been taking it for years without any issues. It's not pure fish oil like most on the market, but it's a very good dietary supplement.

No one can know if it is really good or not, this can only be determined in laboratories (Since Lamberts is a well-known company, it must be at least average). What I can say is that the quantity is clearly the best on the market for its price. The capsules are large, so it cannot be easily compared to other fish oils.
If someone has the money, they may want to choose a 100% fish oil (like Mollers, which also contains fish oil), but I am happy with this since it is one-third of the price of 100% fish oils

As others have commented, there is an issue of regression and fatigue. I have tried other brands over the years, but this product is (at least for me) associated with stomach discomfort that lasts for hours after taking it. Therefore, I can only take a maximum of one capsule...

It is the most value for money olive oil, so I bought it. Now, whether it has results or not, I cannot judge it, just like the previous olive oil I used, because I haven't done blood tests to verify it

The swallowing of this particular capsule is a bit unpleasant, sometimes it intensifies regurgitation. Clearly, however, it is preferable to consuming an equivalent liquid.

Its smell is light to imperceptible and its taste is the same, while at the same time it is of high quality and concentration of good omega-3 fatty acids, which have been selected and placed in the formula in such a way that they have the lowest possible concentration of heavy metals (below the permissible limits of the EU). I highly recommend it!

Really good product that benefits and even immediately relieves high pressure (as far as I'm concerned). I also noticed overall improvement. The only downside is that the dosage of Omega-3 is small, although it is worth it considering its price.

I have a very sensitive stomach, resulting in indigestion from various vitamins! This specific product is completely tolerable without causing irritation, and it only requires ONE CAPSULE, not 2 or 3 like other omegas. It helps with everything as promised, including better digestion after meals!

Although at a good price and with a good "label" in terms of brand and contents, I noticed for the first time that whenever I drink 2 capsules together, it gives me heartburn... indigestion! And believe me, I have been taking omega-3 for years from various companies. It's the first time my stomach burns. As soon as I reduced it to 1 per day, things got better. With other brands, I used to take 2-3 capsules of 1000 and I didn't feel anything (except for the oily taste when the capsules melted)

Good product. Tasteless. The capsules are a bit large. Difficult for people who struggle with large pills or for children.
