I would really like to write a good review, but after two years the condition of the headphones is unacceptable.

The case, which I ALWAYS keep in a pouch (from some old headphones) for extra protection, has broken in two small, perfectly symmetrical spots. This happened only from opening and closing, as it has never been dropped.

The battery now lasts very little, not even 8 hours as a joke. The worst part is that even though the headphones may be in the (charged) case for many hours, there is a chance they won't charge at all, especially the left earbud has a major problem.

Of course, I contacted Anker Customer Support about the above and the experience was one of the worst. After days of correspondence with all the necessary documents from my side (serial number, purchase invoice, retailer name), they finally decided not to even acknowledge that the purchase was made (!!). After this amazing help, I informed them that I have no intention to remain a customer and only then did they reply asking if I want—yes, if I want—a discount code to buy the new model. After laughing, I refused.

For the record, beyond the battery fiasco, the ANC is very mediocre, you definitely need to have the volume at maximum in a noisy environment, which is tiring for your hearing. LDAC is nice, but it cuts out every now and then as if it's resetting, and of course it drains the battery like crazy. The app is quite okay, lots of options and customizations. The connection between devices tests your nerves.

In the end, after two years, Soundcore for me is a company unworthy of trust and I am waiting to see how well the Motion x600 speaker I bought a year ago will do. In the photos you can see the spots where the case has broken in case any other buyer has noticed the same.

I bought them after several days (maybe even weeks) of research in June 2022 and since then, after almost daily relatively heavy use and quite a bit of mistreatment (I have slept on them, dropped them, etc.), they have held up just fine! While I expected that other companies like Samsung, Huawei, Sony, and Apple would have better headphones, it turned out, after my research, that these were overall ahead (in sound and features) even though I didn't know the brand. The sound is perhaps the best I've heard from similar headphones (with bass, depth, etc.) allowing you to hear even the slightest detail in music, especially if the music itself is of high quality (e.g., the breaths of instrumentalists in a classical orchestra recording).

Perhaps the fit in the ear needs some adjustment sometimes, but it wasn't that bad, even though I didn't use them for exercise or anything similar, and the box also includes other sizes of wings to fit different ear sizes. Also, there were some occasional issues with the connection or with the charging contact in the case, but they were fixed if you cleaned them a bit or opened and closed them. I highly recommend them, especially to music lovers. This is my first purchase of this type of headphones that have lasted me over a year (now we're at 2 and a half years+)!

Edit: Now, after about 4 years (March 2026), I can say that I am a bit disappointed for the money. That's because one earbud is almost dead and the one that works never fully charges and discharges very quickly. They no longer have the functionality they had when I first got them. I probably wouldn't recommend them anymore, unless someone used them less than I did because I used them daily and quite a lot in general. The music was mostly good. The features in the app didn't really end up being useful to me.

Well guys, listen to what I'm going to tell you because with anker I have been using it for 1.5 years, 8 hours a day. I had the liberty air 2 and now I also have the 3 pro! Let's start.

The sound is amazing, without any distortion, neither high nor low frequencies, it's perfect. The only negative thing is that it is slightly lower in volume compared to the air 2, which is just blasting in volume, especially if you use your own eq settings. It's all worth it for both of them!

The Earid is great, it does a perfect job and it's even better than the air 2 because it asks you if you hear the tone or not, while in the air 2 you have to keep the screen pressed while listening to the sound, so it's not as reliable.

In terms of speech, the 3 pro are excellent and the Earid anc does a pretty good job there too. The liberty air 2 are okay for talking, but not in noisy environments or places with external sounds.

In terms of application, both the air 2 and the 3 pro work perfectly for me, maybe the 3 pro are slightly more comfortable, but there are small differences!

The battery is perfect in both, but the pro 3 have slightly better battery life compared to the liberty air 2.

The connection is very fast in both and they connect seamlessly without any delays or issues!

Let's talk about my experience and whoever listens to me will definitely benefit! If you only want to listen to music, the liberty air 2 are the best you can get for the price, there's nothing else like them. You will hear the best sound you have ever heard in non-professional earphones because they have more volume compared to the 3 pro, which is slightly reduced in terms of sound, but both are amazing! If you want both music and speech, then only the 3 pro will save you!

After using it for a few days, I can say that the anc reaches perfection! I am in a room with 3 machines that are loud and when I talk with anc, I can't hear the machines! This is for those who write reviews about the product without knowing how to use it! To make the anc work properly, you need to go to the noisy room, activate the hearid of the anc and then you're golden!

For those who don't know how to use a product, please don't write comments, guys. Luckily, I don't see many reviews anymore because I know that most people have no idea how it works.
