Remarkable device both for hot and cold frothed milk. It takes considerably longer compared to other devices I have had in the past, but this is offset by the quality of the frothed milk it produces (with simple fresh whole milk) and by the fact that the metal preparation cup is separate from its electric base (in the other devices I had, it was integrated, resulting in water getting into the motor during washing and burning out. This one doesn't even have a hole in the cup to connect to the motor. It works with magnetic energy). I highly recommend it!!!

We got it for milk froth in coffee, but it turned out to be very convenient for warming up the child's milk as well. It cleans easily, and you can comfortably take it with you on a trip

Very practical and easy to use. It heats milk and chocolate very well. The milk froth on the hot setting, which I tried, depends on the type of milk you use. Light milks come out with foam, richer ones with a better texture. I haven't tried it cold yet.

The first day it did an excellent job with milk froth and chocolate. On the second day, the metal pin inside the pot that holds the black stirrer came off. I returned it via Skroutz Point and received a new one after a few days. For now, it works perfectly, and in the new one, the stirrer goes in and out much more easily.

Its hot frothed milk is excellent, the best I have seen so far and I have tried various milk frothers. The cold one on the other hand is not so great, which is normal of course because it needs much more power to be made and only with a strong frappe mixer can you get good froth. 4 stars mainly for the price, which could be a bit lower

First impressions of the product, which I have had for 3 weeks.
The milk does not stick.
It makes very good milk froth for cappuccino, which lasts for at least 20 minutes.
I haven't tried it for freddo yet.
Of course, it also makes very good hot chocolate.
It is very easy to clean and the magnetic stirrer comes in and out easily.
I have only used whole milk with 3.5%-3.8% fat.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars yet is because I haven't tried it for cold milk froth.

Very good device and quality. I was impressed by the quality (creamy) and the volume of the froth. Very easy to use, it has 4 levels (cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate & simple milk heating) Highly recommended!

This is the third milk frother I am buying; the other two lasted only a few months, unacceptable. Its practical design with a stainless steel container without electrical contacts and switches, which are located on the stable base of the device, so they do not come into contact with water when rinsing the container, I believe will withstand the test of time better. In fact, the stirring motion of the whisk is done magnetically without a shaft penetrating the container. Very clever and interesting solution. The only small detail is that it takes slightly longer than conventional ones. Of no importance compared to the ease of use and, I hope, reliability over time. I have had it for about 2 months and I am very satisfied with the use and the result, and it does not cost more than an average conventional design.

Very good build quality and ease of use. It washes easily and the milk doesn't stick to the surface almost at all because it heats at a slower rate. This results in it taking about twice as long to prepare the same amount compared to other models I have tried.
The advantages are that the removable cup can be easily washed either by hand or in the dishwasher without risking damaging the mechanism. The component/magnet that does the stirring is a very sturdy construction made of some kind of metal and not a spring like in other models, but the magnet is quite strong and at first, I had difficulty removing it. However, along the way, I learned the trick and it is no longer an issue.

Very good, nice froth milk in hot and cold, cleans easily without the stress of water getting into the motor, comfortably produces enough for 2 or even 3 servings
