Adjustable Dumbbell Twist and Lock D350 by Viking with an innovative weight selection mechanism using a simple rotational movement of the central handle.     The dumbbells are very good. With easy and fast weight change. They are 35 pounds in length so they are quite compact compared to the other adjustable dumbbells I looked at. This way I can do all the exercises correctly enough.
