IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! It was recommended to me by a hairdresser for hair hydration (I have curly hair but with fine strands that break easily). I didn't like its texture (it's like gel) and I don't feel like it hydrates my hair. The same goes for the corresponding mask and shampoo
