It only contains 52% amino acid content, and a large portion of it is made up of low-nutritional value, plant-based amino acids from soy and beans. And the worst part is that it contains lactose, which for many people can result in possible indigestion and gas. I wonder why they created such a supplement. Always make sure to read the composition of supplements. I do not recommend this particular one.
