Red Sterol Complex provides red yeast rice and phytosterols, which help in the maintenance of blood pressure and lipids at normal levels, which is important for the health of the heart, arteries, and good blood circulation.

Benefits

  • Red Yeast Rice can effectively reduce cholesterol levels, as it contains an active ingredient that inhibits the enzyme HMG-CoA (3-Hydroxy-3 Methyl-Glutaryl-CoA), which is used by the liver to produce cholesterol. 
  • It also provides Vitamin E, which prevents the oxidation of blood lipids and helps in its normal flow, and Cinnamon, which reduces blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides.
  • Suitable for those with high total or LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and low HDL cholesterol, as well as for those with high blood pressure.

Dosage

  • Take 2 tablets 2 times daily, after meals for a period of 12 weeks and then 2-3 tablets daily.

Precautions:

  • Not recommended for children and women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  • If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication, it is recommended to consult a doctor specializing in Orthomolecular Nutritional Medicine.

    Well.. I have been dealing with a chronic cholesterol problem. My tests showed a total of 252 and 180 LDL and HDL 41. I started a specific cholesterol diet (lost about 6 kilos) for 50 days, did not exercise at all, and also took this supplement occasionally, not 4 tablets a day as it says. Usually, I took 2 or 3 pills a day without any side effects. Today, I did blood tests again and the results are 163 total, 104 LDL, and 51 HDL. We are talking about a difference of about 40% in 50 days..! Surely 10-15% is due to this supplement. I should note that even when I was a baby, I did not have such low cholesterol, and let's not forget that HDL also increased by 25%. Conclusion: I recommend it to those who intend to enhance their efforts.
