Dosage

  • Take 3 daily with food.

Warnings:

  • Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
  • For adults only.

    It does nothing, it's a placebo. I have tried similar products from Solgar with dramatic results in menopause symptoms. I bought this one as a cheaper option and here it applies that you get what you pay for!! The worst supplement company. I have also tried melatonin, same thing!!
