After 7-8 months of use, it helped a little with urination, as perhaps other products with similar ingredients generally do. For hyperplasia, enlarged prostate, and other problems, we "see" the doctor... and not "reviews"!

I did not see any improvement in the 2 months that I have been taking it consistently. I continue to be in the same condition, meaning frequent awakenings at night for the bathroom, sudden urges to urinate, etc. I will continue to take it for another 2 months because I bought 2 boxes. But now I don't have much hope that it will do anything.
