The Sport version is suitable for muscle strengthening for beginners or intermediate swimmers. The swimmer benefits from strengthening their thighs, glutes, calves, and lumbar fascia, which is useful during more intense training sessions.

The short Seac Shuttle fins never lose their shape memory and are not damaged by pool chlorine or saltwater. The softness of the fin allows the ankle and instep to flex properly, facilitating push off at the tips of the toes.
