In this particular adapter, clearly beyond its other advantages, is that the cigarette lighter socket remains free as well (although it cannot be used as a lighter, as it says, for anyone who cares, only for some other electrical device such as a pump). It alternately shows the charging watts of each port separately. For a car cigarette lighter socket, it supports the USB ports very satisfactorily electrically. My watt readings in the photos seem low, but they depend on whether the engine is off or on, how many watts each cable or device draws, and in general they can go higher. For the needs of a car, 10/10.
