Otto Chemie M 501 sealant in a cartridge is transparent and suitable for applications on wood. It is used for bonding stone, natural stone and ceramics, as well as for mounting mirrors on ceramics, glass, plastic, stainless steel, aluminium, wood and concrete. It is elastic and adheres to many materials without pretreatment, even on damp substrates.
It is compatible with natural stone without causing greasy deposits and can be painted. It contains no silicone or isocyanates. It complies with the fire performance requirements of EN 13501, Class E, carries the EMICODE® EC 1 Plus classification and has a VOC emissions rating of A+ in France. It is listed on Austria’s Baubook website and is intended for use in accordance with IVD Technical Data Sheet No. 30+35.
