The LogiLink MP0040N field plug is specially designed to provide fast and extremely easy installation without the need for special termination tools. It is certified to the Cat.6A Class EA Modular Plug Terminated Link (MPTL) standard, fully compliant with the international standards ISO/IEC11801, TIA568-C.2 and TIA568.2-D. It is the most effective solution for the direct connection of devices in high-speed 10 Gigabit network infrastructures, ensuring stability and consistency in every connection.

Constructed with a fully shielded zinc diecast housing and a screw-locking mechanism, the plug offers superior mechanical strength and maximum protection against external electromagnetic interference (EMI). The phosphor bronze alloy contacts are gold-plated, ensuring excellent conductivity, minimal signal loss, and outstanding resistance to corrosive wear over time. It guarantees long-lasting, uninterrupted, and reliable operation even in the most demanding conditions.

It offers excellent flexibility during installation, as it is compatible with both solid wire conductors (22/1 to 26/1 AWG) and stranded wire conductors (23/7 to 27/7 AWG) with 1.1–1.6 mm OD insulation. It is suitable for round cables with an outer diameter of 5 to 8.5 mm, while supporting T568A, T568B, and PROFINET wiring diagrams. In addition, it is fully suitable for PoE, PoE+, PoE++, and HDBaseT applications, enabling the simultaneous transmission of data and power in modern devices.
