It does what it promises. Immediately after application, you start to feel a sensation of warmth (it burns quite a bit depending on how tense you are), but it is not unbearable. I will choose it again as it relieves me quite a lot in the areas where I am tense.

It has a nice light scent and burns a lot for a few minutes. It helped me with a stiff neck, the pain was radiating to my arm and back. I woke up with the stiffness and as time passed it got worse, I applied it every 4-5 hours, by the evening the pain had started to subside and the next day it was gone without needing to take a muscle relaxant. I just applied the gel and covered the area. I used it for the first time and I was satisfied. On the downside, when I got it from the pharmacy there was no expiration date on the package, only the LOT number.
