Quite a good product. Relieves knee pain. Initially has a cold gel sensation but then there is a warm feeling.

Positives:
- One of the best ice therapies on the market. However, I would recommend combining it with ice in cases of swelling-inflammation.

Negatives:
- It would be ideal if it had a less intense smell.

Additional Comments:
- DO NOT use it on muscle cramps, it will make things worse. In these cases, your goal is vasodilation, which can be achieved through a heating cream or a warm compress.
