if you use more I believe it does the job you want, if not I personally don't notice much, and that's in comparison with a 25 euro product where a small amount was enough and it worked immediately

First of all, I have to say that this product is a very economical choice in terms of quantity. I bought a package two years ago and it still lasts, even using it occasionally during a period when I had a broken leg. If I have to mention one downside, it would be that after applying it, you need to wash your hands thoroughly because otherwise it leaves a smell, and under no circumstances should it come into contact with the eyes. Overall, it's worth it.

Positive:
- One of the best ice therapies on the market. However, I would recommend combining it with ice in cases of swelling-inflammation.

Negative:
- It would be ideal if it had a less intense smell.

Additional Comments:
- DO NOT use it on muscle cramps, it will make things worse. Your goal in these cases is vasoconstriction, which can be achieved through a heating cream or a warm compress.
- I hope the working conditions at Pharmasept are as expected.

It is a very good cold cream at an excellent price!! My daughters, who are athletes and often suffer from muscle pain, use it very frequently. Highly recommended!
