Description

This flat baking plate from Weber® is made from high-quality cast iron that distributes and retains heat evenly, with a porcelain enamel coating. Thanks to this, flipping grilled foods is easier as they do not stick to the plate during cooking. It is ideal for sautéing vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms), searing large pieces of meat, grilling burgers, sausages, ribs (avoiding annoying flare-ups), and preparing breakfast by frying eggs and bacon. Cook for yourself and your loved ones whatever you can imagine, from Mexican fajitas to pancakes. Additionally, the plate features a high rim and a special hole to drain excess fats. For proper use, the special metal support frame of the Weber Crafted Gourmet BBQ System is required, as well as a compatible grill from the Genesis 2016+ / Spirit 2016+ / SmokeFire (with pellets) series.
