The Briosa by Lagostina is the pressure cooker with the innovative dual-pressure valve for optimizing the preservation of the nutritional elements of the food during cooking.

Design

Design that captivates, with a flexible lid. Maximum safety, thanks to LEVERBLOCK® that locks the opening handle even with minimal remaining internal pressure, preventing accidental opening.

The encapsulated LAGOSEAL®PLUS base with three layers (steel-aluminum-steel) adapts to every heat source and ensures perfect heat distribution, minimizing the risk of food sticking.

Design

The handle of the lever and the side silicone handles feature a chrome insert that combines elegance with safety and ease.

Operating valve

Two pressure valve for better preservation of vitamins and nutrients in food.

Position 1 is suitable for cooking vegetables and delicate foods, as it preserves up to 35% more vitamin C compared to cooking in a traditional pot. Position 2 is ideal for meat and fish, as the higher pressure speeds up cooking, reducing cooking time by half.

Ecodose

The Eco Dose measuring cup ensures accurate use of the liquid, avoiding waste and resulting in perfect cooking

Recipe Book

In the package, a booklet with recipes is included, where you can refer to for the appropriate cooking times.

User Instructions

  • Before each use, make sure that the safety valve and pressure adjustment valve are clean and functioning properly
  • Carefully check inside the lid to ensure that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • The indentation of the pressure adjustment valve located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure that it is not blocked, using a sharp object
  • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing chlorine, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the cooker, removing the handles, can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid
