Details

Cellulase breaks down the cell wall of Candida, while protease digests the proteins inside it. This combination provides a mild antiseptic-antifungal action without causing intolerances or side effects, while simultaneously promoting the growth and maintenance of the normal bacterial flora of the gut.

Action

Cellulase breaks down the cell wall (mycelium) of Candida that protects it from the body's immune system, and Thera-Bland protease decomposes the proteins inside it. This combination provides an antifungal-antiseptic action without causing discomfort, while simultaneously promoting the maintenance of the normal microbial flora of the gut and the vagina.

Indications

• Maintaining Candida at healthy levels in the body
• Vaginal candidiasis
• Oral candidiasis
• Protection from Candida during antibiotic or cortisone treatment
• Intestinal candidiasis

Dosage

• For acute symptoms: 2 capsules 3 times a day on an empty stomach, 1-2 hours before or 3 hours after a meal.
• For maintenance: 2 capsules a day.
• For best results: 1 capsule of Enzyme Defense Extra Strength a day along with Candidase.

Be careful not to take with slow-release medications containing cellulose.
