Having purchased this product multiple times in order to understand if it actually works or not, I believe I am able to say that it does nothing after the first 1-2 uses. Many claim to have noticed weight gain after discontinuing the use of these, but I would say that they simply do not work, not even during intake, and you would consume the calories of a regular meal as if you hadn't taken them. I only give it 2 stars because I did not notice any side effects. Instead, I would recommend a similar product like the fat binder from power health, which initially seems more expensive, but in those you need up to 4 tablets (so they run out faster), while in the power health ones you only need 2, so they last longer.

The best for what it promises, but not for everyday use. I take it on days when I eat a lot, and while in the past I would gain weight with such indulgences, with these miraculous pills I don't gain a gram! It has become established.

I buy it often in recent years. It is miraculous for "indulgences". If you follow a normal diet and one day you want to eat a lot of fatty foods, 4 capsules before are just what you need. For something less fatty, 2 are enough. If I judge from the scale after using it, there really is no difference upwards.
