Honest for its price with options for temperature. The removable ceramic plates are very good for easy cleaning

Everything is fine with the toasts, but it’s not good for anything else. It doesn’t heat up enough to grill even something small, e.g. a sardine. But if we only wanted a toaster, we would have bought a smaller one. This one easily fits four toasts and takes up space for nothing, because I will never need to grill four toasts at the same time and it can’t grill anything else.

Have had this for 2 years, use it on a weekly basis. Good solid product, easy to clean, ideal for toasted sandwiches.

I am absolutely satisfied. I use it almost daily and I haven't found any issues. Ok, yes, it has a plastic body and at first it smells a bit, so the first time I left it outside on the balcony to burn for a few minutes. After that, there was no plastic smell at all, etc. It is very powerful, heats up quickly, I measured it with a simple wattmeter and mine is indeed around ≈ 1800w (1750w) at the maximum setting. The plates are not the most non-stick out there, but for toast, burgers, etc., nothing has ever stuck, only with eggs I notice a bit of sticking unless you cook them more. Impressions after a few weeks of daily use.

I use it for toast, it grills very quickly and evenly, its plates are ceramic (something I was looking for), non-stick and easy to clean with a damp paper towel or, if you want, you can remove them and wash them by hand with a sponge. It has a removable fat collector. For me, at least so far, it's perfect.

1st) It should be at least 2000w.
2nd) The top plate should have at least 2 height settings.

It worked for 30 seconds and tripped the relay. Cheaply made to the point of disgust. Stay away! I had a GRUPPE for many years and it’s like night and day, a plastic junk to throw away. I chose it for the ceramic plates and the relatively good reviews, but I wonder, guys, those of you giving 5 stars, have you ever had another toaster in your life? By far the worst toaster I have ever bought.

Update 11/07/2024. They replaced it for me and the second one does exactly the same thing. The only difference is that now it tripped the relay after 1.5 minutes of operation. It’s a progress...

Good cooking overall. However, it hasn't been tested on meat and fish. After all the time I've had it, the screws of the handle, which hold the top plate, have loosened and I re-screwed them. This has happened to me 2 times. However, very good in terms of cooking and cleaning. Soap sponge (from the soft side) and a little warm water and it will be just fine. Don't use knives, etc., to pry off the sandwich so you don't damage it and end up eating unnecessary things on the plates.

For sandwiches, they are just fine, material quality is poor, the plates are very sensitive to bending, but it heats up quickly, toast ready in 3', good value/money

It is an amazing toaster, spacious, easy to clean, and when it comes to sandwiches, it toasts them very well and evenly without burning the bread and leaving the ingredients undercooked.

The only downside is its size, which is not very convenient for storage, but it is reasonable and the fact that it is not a grill for everything (also reasonable at the price of €50).

This is a "fair" purchase, as it is quite large and can fit four toasts. It does take up space, of course, and presents difficulties in storage. It is extremely fast at toasting, and due to the ceramic plates, the toasts do not stick, as long as you don't... forget. I do not recommend it for grilling meat (steaks, etc.), but it is suitable for vegetables and thin slices of meat (like chicken, burger, pork belly), if you have patience with cooking meat in such a device. It has served our family of four well. From us, it is a positive suggestion

It takes a long time to cook ... and it doesn't cook ideally ... in no case would I choose it again.

Purchased on February 28, 2024, broke on May 1, 2025!!! After 1 year of ownership, and due to the malfunction of the toaster, I decided to write my experience. The indicator lights up that it works but it doesn't raise the temperature at all. Besides that, for a year that we've been using it at home, it takes more than a quarter of an hour to "cook" the toasts, and I put the quotes because what it does cannot be called cooking. Very bad purchase

The toaster rocks!!! It is definitely value for money since to get similar ones you need double the money. Sturdy construction without frills and it takes 4 toasts and bakes quickly and has ceramic plates. What else could one ask for?

After quite a bit of research, I ended up with this specific toaster, for use with toast and sandwiches only. At first impression, I realized that the quality of appliances today is very poor compared to the previous one that lived for 10 years. (King Apollo) Despite all the skepticism and the desire to return it and spend more money, I put it to use and the result justified it.

At maximum function, it toasts quickly without burning the bread, while also melting the cheese. One purchasing criterion is the top panel that adjusts to the height of the food. The plates are non-stick and will remain so with proper care.

On the negative side, a) there is no locking mechanism, b) the temperature dial is poor quality and has play, so it will remain constantly at max, c) the plates underneath at the edges are not properly finished and pinch, d) relatively difficult to store.

5 stars for the value for money and the satisfying result. Time will tell, I will come back.

Lightweight, high-quality, smart pressing of toast, does not stick under normal conditions, large cooking surface (6 small toasts), somewhat slow, not suitable for grilling meats.

In 3 minutes it toasts up to 4 large sandwiches, I have tried it with kebabs and hamburgers, no problem so far

Good construction and appearance for its price, quite powerful. Removable plates for easy cleaning. The only drawback is that it doesn't have an on/off switch, so every time you want to use it, you have to plug/unplug it. After 3 months of use, I am currently quite satisfied.

We have had this toaster for a week now and we have already used it about 10-15 times. It heats up quickly, toasts the bread evenly, and maintains temperature for a while after unplugging it. It is lightweight and doesn't take up much space!

It toasts perfectly, good construction! The only thing that could be more durable are the hinges on the top! They could be metallic! Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the purchase!!!!
