The 5 stars are for the grilling... for cleaning, it's not that it's difficult but the bulky pyrex... I've had it for 6 years now, bought for 35 euros, don't pay more than 45 euros for 1400 watts, it does its job and does it well. Anything under 1400 watts will never cook properly. Be careful, if you get another one, make sure it has a resistance and not a halogen lamp or anything else, because that means it cooks like our oven and not just a halogen lamp that after 45 minutes has only warmed up the steak. It grills perfectly on the high rack, plain steaks, chicken, fish. In a baking tray, it cooks steak with potatoes, chicken with potatoes, or fish perfectly, but be careful when baking in the OVEN, that is, oven-baked, use only oil, not like our mothers who filled the chicken and potatoes with water in the oven all the way up and you wasted electricity until the water evaporated. That way the food is BOILED and not oven-baked. Anything you wrap in aluminum foil will boil, only parchment paper BAKES. If you wrap eggs, asparagus, zucchini, carrots, or even potatoes, they will boil. To see how it cooks, search on YouTube "Robotaki Croner CR-800 1400w". Also, know that meat should always be left out to reach room temperature before cooking, whether at home, in a pot, in the oven, or on the BBQ. That's where all the flavor is. Also, you don't get smoke or splatters from fish or steak, and the pyrex is easy to clean. On the lower rack, you need patience; if you put food on both the top and bottom, the top will cook and the bottom will take a long time, and as soon as you open the lid to switch them, you'll lose the temperature and have to start over, so grilling should mostly be done on the top rack. I still have it today, 18/10/24... but I will take it for recycling due to its size and cleaning difficulty... in the sink. Now with the airfryer, I got a Rohnson 11L and I'm relieved both for space and for cleaning!!! Rohnson Air Fryer with Double Unified Removable Basket 11.5lt Grey R-2881
