Recommended Dosage

  • 1 softgel 1 to 3 times daily, preferably 1 hour before meals.
  • Store in a cool, dry, dark place after opening.

Ingredients

1 softgel capsule provides on average:

  • Calories 10
  • Total Fat 1 g
  • Polyunsaturated Fat 1 g
  • Chromium (from Chromium Picolinate) 100 mcg
  • Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) (in a Safflower Oil Base) 750 mg
  • Guarana (Paullinia cupana) (Seed) (Standardized Extract) (16 mg of naturally occurring caffeine) 75 mg
  • Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) (Leaf) (Standardized Extract) (min. 30% Catechins) 150 mg

Other ingredients: Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water, caramel color], Beeswax, Sunflower Lecithin and d-alpha Tocopherol (from sunflower). Contains soy (highly refined).

  • Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
